Singing was not the first thing on the list of abilities in the early years, but as Entice was seeking a fourth member to do the singing, Eric filled in as vocalist/bassist and quickly found his sound which ended up being the signature sound of Entice.
Eric's vocal style was influenced by bands such as Metal Church, Savatage, King Diamond, Metallica, Testament and others. He carried Damage Inc across the United States as front man "James Hetfield". And uses the signature Entice style in bands to get that "Axle Rose/Jackyl" kind of sound.
